| "To manage the process, Digital UK, the broadcasters and network operator
Arqiva, collaborated to ensure that all the specifications were met at each
stage of the design process. This work was supported by a new database which
managed all of the work required for the engineering part of the switchover
programme. Containing some 10,000 documents, it became the central point of
reference for all site specifications and all versions of roll-out plans and
will continue to be used in ongoing management of the terrestrial network." |
